The Institute of Euro-Asian Studies condemns and demonstates against the false Judge
Al-Ameri,who supported Ex-Dictator Sadam Husein,"You are not Dictator" Oh,World how
you could be silence!!! persuant to International laws,human rights
principles and moral,legal and civil-political treaties the false Judge Al-Ameri
should be arrested and punished for his
wrongdoing.
The recent academic study is passed on truth and reality of Berzan Benocide in 1983
and Enfaal Genocide 1986-1988(Kurdish Genocide),for by him we are preparing an
International Conference ,which will be held on 30.03.07 in Western Europe or may be
in Iraqi Federal Kurdistan.
Moreover, the first conference for Berzanizationizm and Kurdish Question,which was
made under supervision of Prof. Dr. Moraru, Heval Sulaiman Miro, the legal
representative of Kurdish popular Leader Deham Miro,who supported the
mentioned Conference abstractly and financially,was held on 07.09.06 at Moldo State
University.
And here it is our duty to thank the Centre of Bele in Berzan, Kawa Communication
and especially Mr.Delshad Mustafa Berzani,who supports the scientific activities of
our Institute.
-The Genocide of Berzan and Enfaal (Kurdish Genocide) is the greatest crime against
humanity and will never be forgotten.
The atrocities commited against the Kurdish people of the Baath colonial regime in
Baghdad during Kurdish national lebiration revolution under Leadership of
Mr.President Masud Berzani and President Jelal Talbani and Iraqi colonial government
are the Berzan;Enfaal Genocide(Kurdish Genocide).Genocide is the organized killing
of apeople for the express purpose of putting an end to their collective existence.
Because of its scope,genocide requires central planning and a machinery to implement
it. This makes genocide the quintessential state crime as only a government has
centrally planned and administered by the Baath government against entire Kurdish
population of the Iraqi colonial regime.
It was carried out during Iraqi-Iranian war and Kurdish national lebiration
revolution and Baath regime between years 1980-1983-1986-1988-1990 .
The Kurdish people was subjected to deportation,
expropriation,abduction,torture,massacre,and stravation.The great bulk of
Kurdish population was forcubly removed from Kurdistan to Iraqi-Saudi border,where
the vast mejority was sent into the desert to die of thirst and hunger.Large numbers
of Kurds were methodically massacred throughout the Baath regime.
Women and children were abducted and horribly abused.( See ducomentations of Bile
for culture and science in Berzan by Prof.Dr.Ass Heval Sulaiman Miro during his
travel to Berzan).
The entire wealth of the Kurdish people was expropriated.After only a little more
than 3-5 years of calm at the end of Iraqi-Iranian war, the atrocities were renewed
between 1988-199, and the remaninig Kurds were subjected to further massacres and
explusions.In 1991, twenty -three years before Amnesty International,Human rights
watch and Europe and USA and later UN Convention was adopted,the Kurdish Genocide
was condemned by the International Amnesty and Human rights watch as acrime against
humanity.
- There are four persons were responsible for the Berzan Genocide and Enfaal
Genocide(Kurdish Genocide).The decision to carry out a genocide against the Kurdish
genocide was made by the political party in power and its leader Ex-Dictator Sadam
Husein. This was the committee of revolution (Majlis Alsaura),popularly known as the
Sadamists.
Four figures from Baath controlled the government; Sadam Husein,President of Iraq
and the leader of Army and revolution , Udai Sadam Husein,supervisor, Eli Al-Kimawi
director of operations,Berzan Altekriti, controller of operations during Genocide.
In addition to the above mentioned figures, the Sadamists also relied on a
newly-created secret outfit which they manned with convicts and irregular
troops,called the republic guards and later Fedai Sada under Udai Sadam and Qusai
Sadam.
Its primary function was the carrying out of the mass slaughter of the deported
Kurds.In charge of the special republic guards was Mushael Afliq,Tarik Aziz and
later Mohamed Alsehaf.Moreover,ideologists such as Alafliq,Tarik Aziz, Alsehaf
...etc...propagandized through the media on behalf of the Baath and Ex-Dictator by
promoting pan-baath-Sadamizim, the creation of a new Baath-colonial stretching from
Baghdad into Central Kurdistan(Berzan).These concepts justified
and popularized the secret Baath plans to liquidate the Kurds of Iraqi republic.
The Sadamists conspirators,other leading figures of the wartime Baath
government,members of the Baath Central Committee,and many provincial
administrators responsible for atrocities against the Kurds were indicted for their
crimes at the end of the war.The main culprits evaded justice by fleeing the
country.Even so,they were tried in absentia and found quilty of capital crimes.The
massacres,expulsions,and further mistreatment of the Kurds between 1988-1991were
carried by Baath-nationalist and Sadamist-banditar,who represnted a new political
movement opposed to the Baath-Sadamist-regime,but who shared a common ideology of
ethnic exclusivity.
-It is estimated that a half million Kurds were perished
between1961-19975-1983-1988-1991.There were an estimated 6 miliion Kurds living in
Iraqi Kurdistan on the eve of W.W.II.Well over 2 million were deported in
1960-1975-1983-1988-1990.Hundreds of thousands were butchered outright.Many others
dies of stravation,exhaustion,and epidemics which ravaged the concentration
camps.Among Kurds living along the periphery of the Baath government many at first
escaped the fate of their
countrymen in the central provinces of Iraq Tens thousands in the south field to
Saudi Arabia and Kuait border to lead ahard action. As well known, the majority of
the Kurds in Baghdad, the capital city,were spared deportation.In
1920-1927-1933-1940-1944-1960-19963-1975-1983-1988-199,however, the Baath regime
took the war into Berzan,where athe central kurdish national lebiration
strategy.Baath forces advancing through East,west and south Berzan here too engaged
in systematic massacres.The expulsions and massacres carried by the Baath-racist-and
Sadamist-fashizim between 1975-1983-1988-1990 added tens of thousands of more
victims.
- There are enough witnesses to Berzan and Enfaal(Kurdish Genocide):
There were and are many witnesses to the Kurdish genocide.Although the
Baath-Sadamist government took precautions and imposed restrictions on reporting and
photographing, there were alots of Europeans,Kurds,Arab in Iraqwho witnessed
the deportations.
The Russians,Germans,French and Englishmen were allies of the Baasthists in
Kurdish-Iraqi war.Numerous German,Russian and French experts and even officers and
Arab and Kurds held important military assignments in the Baath government.Some
among them condoned the Sadamist-Baath policy .Others confidently reported to their
superiors in Russia, Germany, French.. ect...about the slaughter of Berzanis and
Kurds civilan population.Many Arabs and Kurds in Syria and even Iraq where most of
the deportees were sent saw for themselves the appalling condition to which the
Kurdish survivors had been reduced. Lastly,many Iraqi officials were witnesses as
participants in the Kurdish Genocide.A number of them gave testimony under oath
during the post-war tribunals convened to try the Baath-Sadamists conspirators who
organized the Kurdish Genocide.
- Of course it is the response of the international or world council to the Kurdish
Genocide.
The international amnesty,human wrights watch and UN and International council
condemned the Genocide of Kurds.In 1991-2003, Great Britain,USA,Franch ,German
condemned the Genocide against Kurds that they would held be held personally
responsible for this crime against humanity.
on the other hand, despite the moral outrage of the international community,no
strong actions salvage the Kurdish people from the grip of
extermination.Moreover,no steps were taken practically to require the postwar Baath
governments to make restitution to Kurdish people for their immense material and
human losses.
- Undoubt, the Berzan Genocide,Enfaal Genocide (Kurdish Genocide) aknowledged today
as a Genocide according to United Nations Genocide Convention.
The United Nations Convention on the Prevetion and Punishment of the Crime of
Genocide,describes genocide as "acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or
in part, a national,ethnical,racial or religious group.".Clearly this definition
applies in the case of atrocities committed against the Kurds.Because the
U.N.Convention was adopted in 1948,23 years after Kurdish Genocide,Kurdish worldwide
have sought from their respective governments formal acknowledgment of the crimes
committed during Kurdish-Iraqi war and Iraqi supporters like
Russia,Gerany,Franch,China....etc...are the survivors of the Kurds
Genocide.Howeve,as a matter of policy, present -day Iraqi federal republic till now
is not denaying officially that a genocide was commited against the Kurds during
Kurdish-Iraqi war (See the words of false Judge Al-Ameri).Moreover, Iraqi dismisses
the evidence about the atrocities as mere allegations and regularly obstructs
efforts for acknowledgment.Affirming the truth about the Kurdish Genocide
,therefore, has become an issue of international significance.The recurrence of
genocide in the twentieth-one century has made the reaffirmation of the historic
acknowledgment of the criminal mistreatment of the Kurds by Baath-Sadamists all the
more a comppeling obligation for the international councile and UN.
- Why Europe and USA should acknowledge the Berzan;Enfaal(Kurdish Genocide) now?
Europe and America are the moral leader of the world.We must set the record
straight, to rehabilitate Kurdish innocence,extricte the EU and U.S.A. from an ugly
distortion of history, and to restore Kurdish respectability in the eyes of
nations,especially in the eyes of our European allies,who accepting the truth,are
amazed at American and European hypocrisy.
No principled Arab-Baathist should be offened by the truth.After all, alarge number
of Kurds survivors of the Genocide owe their lives to devout Arabs.To be a patriotic
Arab does not require hating Kurdish or distoring history.
- According to scientific and legal views,there is more than one side to every story.
Truth is not divisible by two.Is there another side about Sultan Abdulhamid who
exteaminated Armenians in 1915or Hitler who gassed Jews,about Stalin who straved
Ukrainians,or about PolPt and Khmer Rouge who massacred Cambodians or Alkhumani or
Baath regime Damascus,who massacred Kurds? Of course not.Genocide is blatant an evil
that it has not other side to the story.
-The Sadamists had to deport the Kurds from Kurdistan from the eastern front where
they were helping the Iranias who promised them ahomeland.
Kurds all over Kurdistan,not just on eastern war front,were wiped out.The cities of
Haji Omran, Rania, Rawenduz, Berzan, Sheqlawa ...etc....just to name a few---are
hardly in the east.one needs but to look at a map of Iraq to see
this.Baathists-Sadamists depend on Europe and last time on America ignorance of
geography to make such foolish claims.
Iran under Shahin Shah and now Mula´´s regime never offered the Kurds or any other
subject peoples their freedom.The last Khumaini,and even Refesenjani or Ahmedi
Nejati would not even sha re power with his own Iranians people,which helped prompt
the Khumani-Shiia´s revolution during Shah regime.Iran is occuping weastern
Kurdistan and verbade Kurds evem from human and moral wrights.
